Sardar Patel Stadium, also known as Motera Stadium, is a cricket stadium located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is the largest cricket stadium in the world, with a seating capacity of 132,000 spectators. The stadium was rebuilt in 2020, and it replaced the old Sardar Patel Stadium which had a seating capacity of 54,000.


The Sardar Patel Stadium has hosted several international cricket matches, including Tests, ODIs, and T20Is. The stadium has also hosted matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL), with the local team, Gujarat Lions, representing the state in the tournament.


The stadium is equipped with modern facilities such as a state-of-the-art drainage system, four dressing rooms, and a clubhouse. The stadium also has a unique feature, a 360-degree LED screen that is the largest of its kind in the world. The screen measures 220 meters in circumference and provides a spectacular viewing experience for the spectators.


Apart from cricket, the Sardar Patel Stadium has also hosted other events such as political rallies and concerts.
