7. Use the following flow-chart to write a paragraph within 100 words on how dosa batter is prepared: [10]
Flow-chart: soak 3 cups idli rice and 1 teaspoon methi for 5 hours - soak 1 cup urad dal drain off the urad dal and grind it to smooth paste with a mixer grinder - grind the soaked rice, methi and 1 cup poha to a slightly coarse batter - mix the two pastes well - cover and allow it to ferment - mix the batter gently - batter is ready for making dosa.

At first, 3 cups of idli rice and 1 teaspoon of methi seeds are soaked in water for about 5 hours. Simultaneously, 1 cup of urad dal is also soaked. After soaking, the urad dal is drained properly and ground into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder. Next, the soaked rice, methi, and 1 cup of poha are ground to form a slightly coarse batter.
